Homeowner's Dues
Homeowners Dues are $300 per year. The $300 can be paid annually. You may also pay $25 per month with auto-withdrawal, this option includes a $2.49 service fee. Please call US Realty Professionals to make a payment. 912.373.7653 and choose Option 1 for HOA

THE SEMI-ANNUAL HOA MEETING WILL BE HELD TO GIVE EVERYONE AN UPDATE ON HAPPENINGS IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD. THIS IS ALSO A GREAT TIME TO SPEAK WITH EACH MEMBER OF THE BOARD AF DIRECTORS.
A fun-filled week of baking will culminate with the Crowning of a Huntington Bake-off champion on March 16. The Bake-off will take place at the Huntington Neighborhood Spring Fling. So come and hear about the exciting things happening in your neighborhood from the board of directors.
The Spring Fling coincides with the Huntington Bake-off. Please contact Big Al to let him know if you are going to enter your favorite dessert. Games and fun times are planned. You will also get an update from the board of directors about new and exciting things happenings in the neighborhood.
Who wants to be crowned The Best Chili Master in the Hood? Contact Big Al to sign up to cook. ALSO, we need judges, so everyone is invited to attend, eat free Chili, and vote to Crown the Huntington Chili Master.

As an extension to the CCRs, this document will also provide clarity to the Architectural Review process and simplify the conditions of what is likely to be approved by the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) and confirm what will be and what will not be allowed.

These are the by-laws for the community, these supplement the CC&Rs.
Architectural Review Committee Form
This is the ARC form to be completed and submitted for approval for any changes to the exterior of your home or lot. You should not begin any projects without approval. Make sure you also check with the Long County Zoning Dept. to see if your project needs to have a permit of any kind. Please complete and email this form with any pictures etc. to: ARC@huntington-community.com with a copy to hoa@usrealtypro.com
